I think that if we don't stop burning fossil fuels and polluting we will harm the environment beyond repair and the next generation will not be able to fix it.

I want the earth to have more wildlife, more nature preserves and less endangered animals 50 years from today. We can repair some of the damage that we have done to the earth. Killing animals, burning fossil fuels, and light pollution are some of the things that reasons why the earth can't look like it did back before technology. Energy efficient lights, riding your bike instead of a car (less fossil fuels), planting a garden, and protecting all of the animals are a few things. Like David said, if schools use silverware instead of plastic sporks, and other small steps, maybe then some of the wild will come back.

I think that the would will be a lot more polluted 50 years from now. The green house gasses trap more haet if we laern how to make the green house gasses work for are plantet we could build a bettert tomoro.

I think if we don't stop people from cutting down rainforests or have people plant 5 trees everytime they cut down 1 tree. And if somebody is going to a friends house that lives about 1 mile away they should walk or ride a bike instead of having their parents drive them by car. I think in 50 years their won't be many trees because people are going to cut them down.

I'd like the earth to be the sameway it looks like now but the oceans to be cleaner and the coral reef not to be bleached. I'd like no garbage on the streets or in the oceans. I think we should all start to go green and make our footsteps smaller.

If school districts like the one in iowa go green it would save energy. Also it would save trees. Some schools are also using ipads instead of textbooks and agendas. This would save trees and it would save energy. I think the world will be alot more electronic and less violent because they will have more security

My vision of the future is grassy plains full of windmills. Rivers running clean. People actually caring for the enviorment. The burning of fossil fuels and making greenhouse gasses will stop.

I think that in 50 years I would want the earth to have not very much pollution and that people would take care of the earth. Also, some things that we could do to make the earth this way is to ride a bike to places you need to go instead of driving. Also, the earth should have more windmills instead of having power plants.

If we continue to do what we do today, in fifty years the world will be nothing. It will be extremely hot and no one will be able to go outside. The air would be extremely polluted and we would have to use breathing masks. In order for this not to happen we need to use wind power and hydroelectricity. It will help our community and the world. Some steps that one person can do is plant a tree, or pick up garbage. If everybody in the U.S. plants a tree than thats about 300,000 million more trees. Thats allot carbon that will be taken in by the trees. That is my vision for the future. If all goes well this world will be back on track in no time

I think that we should use winder power instead of burning fossil fuels we live next to chicago one of the windiest cities in the world but we still have very few windmills. We need to start using windmills and solar energy instead of burning fossil fuels or we will all die. We also need to save the power we have by keeping your house a few degrees hotter in the summer and a few degrees colder the winter. If we all work together we can make a diffrence and save those polar bears while we are at it. W need to keep the ice caps cold and the tropics warm and we need to keep the rainforest and their trees or we will run out of oxygen. Children are not our future. The world is.

if we continue to do what we do today the earth will run out of a lot of energy scorces and we will half to find a new way to power our houses and cars. Also it will eventuly b e way to hot to go out side and soon the air will be imposible to breath and close to all life scorces will dye. if all of that dose not happen most of the united states will have dyed of bad meat. more and more kids are being killed because of saminila and poisend meat. I believe that if we start to make a change and rily work hard to prevent polution and huge meat packagying companys from creating a minopoly we kan chang our future not only fore USA but the whole world

I would like the earth to be a lot healthier and the glaciers regaining themselves. This world is too fragile and gentle to be treating it this way. We could do the simplest things to help it such as turning off our electronics when we are not using them. Or turning of the water while we brush our teeth and only turn it on to rinse. Or even using less water in our toilet by placing a brick in our tank. We can all adapt to these changes and gradually build up to bigger steps. We can all make a difference but the earth can't cry out for help. We are our earths voice and we need to let the rest of the world know that we are listening and they should to. We know we can change it and we know the ways we can. You can even change the size of your carbon footprint by taking baby steps. Do what is right and stop climate change.

50 years from now I see the world with a lot more wild life and tons more nature preserves. In 50 years I would still like to see pandas and sea turtles but unless we stop (not completely stop but decrease) driving cars and burning fossil fuels there won't be any left. :(

when the gas comes out of car planes and other thing are adding gas to the atmosphere. when we add more gas to the atmosphere it traps more heat and that is the resin way the would is changing.

i think that we should try to use less fossil fuels and try to save them by riding our bike or driving a hybrid we can plant more plants and stop litering as much and that will help the greeenhouse gas effectwhich is when the gases in the atmosfere get to thick and make the world hotter so if we limit our fossil fuel useage then we can limit the greenhouse gas effect and we can eat more co(mooo)ws.................. cuase then there will be less cows to fart ,pass gas, cut the cheese however you want to say it when there fart pass gass etc. they realease methane gas which is a greenhouse gas when alll this happens that will make the polar ice caps melt which makes it harder for the living creatures to live. there are also too many tree cutter downers the things that cut down trees. that is what i think.

The greenhouse effect is when the amount of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere rises the temperature does too. In some ways this is good because the earth gets warmer and most of us like warm weather, but in some ares it is bad. In polar ice caps the ice melts and makes it harder for the animals to survive. In the future i would like there to be more trees and wildlife. we can recycle more paper and plastic to prevent trees to be cut down and then the automobiles would use less gas because they would not have to lug all the trees. If we continue living like we do today we will have to use masks to breath. we could cut down on power by use in wind and solar power resources. I want the people on earth to be more aware of what is happening and i want to make a difference.

In 50 years i see the world as better place because the people have been reducing the amount of fossil fuels we use. Also if we don't start now in reducing the amount of fossil fuels we use, and the more food we can grow at home that doesn't need shipping across the world can help. But, if us humans can't at least do one of those things our world is going to be a mess in 50 years from now. Also if you can imagine the world in 50 years when we do those things the world will be healthier, even maybe there will be less animal extinctions, etc. The first step to take right now in leading our way to less climate change is growing a garden because if less people need to by those kind of things at the store then maybe they will stop shipping across the world. Also growing a garden is easy so let's go get started.

In 50 years I think that the world will be more green with many plants and wildlife. The only way this could happen is if people start trying to help the enviroment. If people start planting their own garden, cut down hours on watching computers and TV, turning of lights when your not in the room, turning off electronic devices when not in use, using bikes instead of cars for short distances, and planting trees.
