I would like it to be simple. Technology is nice, but a planet is more important. I would like to see a lot more solar or wind energy than coal energy. Just eating foods from your garden, rather than in a store can help. I ride a kick scooter instead of an electric one. I walk instead of having someone drive me. Nothing else can happen if we don't have a planet to live on.

I want the oceans to be bluer, I want the grass to be greener and the Earth in general to be much better. Well we can recycle so we don't chop down as many trees to make paper. We could ride a bike to work/school or we could just grow our own food to cut down on the emissions used to bring the food from different countries to here. Those are just a few ways we can cut down on our polutions.

In 50 years I hope the earth is awesome, I hope there is flying cars and stuff like that. I hope if people make new things they learn how to make it in an eco-friendly way. I like the new technology that is always coming out but if we don't start making our technology green we will be burning to many fossil fuels. If we burn to many fossil fuels we wont even be able to make the new things. Some things we could do is start riding our bike in the summer more than having our parents drive us around. I hope that Apple and other big companies start to make things more green. Some of the things they make are eco-friendly but the machines and factories that make them are not green. They could find some way to have the machines run on wind of solar energy.

In 50 years I hope the Earth will look the best it has ever. I hope everyone will not pollute. I want people to use less fossil fuels, and use other types of energy sources. I don't want the Earth to get really hot so kids in the future have miserable lives. I want everyone to be happy in the future. I ant the Earth to go green to the max.

In 50 years I would hope the Earth would have regular Summers, Winters, Autumns, and Springs. Like summers would be burning hot and winters wouldn't be so freezing cold because right now summers are hotter and hotter and Winters are getting colder and colder. To stop us from all the changes in temperature we have to stop using cars too often that produce greenhouse gasses. Some of the green house gasses are Carbon dioxide(CO2), chlorofluorocarbons(CFCs), Methane(CH4),and nitrous oxide(N2O). Some gasses like Chlorofluorocarbons are totally made by humans so we really, really have to cut down on cars and other greenhouse gas producing things.

In 50 years i would like the world to be a mix of technology and green technology. Just like Brenna said we can't overuse fossil fuels. If i could make a suggestion to america, I would say that we should store some of our fossil fuels in case our main supply runs out. I hope that America comes out with a less expensive way to have non fossil fuel burning vehicles on the road and out to consumers faster. I hope that america achieves this goal in the next 50 years.

In 50 years i want earth to have lots and lots of trees. Trees play a big role in our breathing system and are homes for animals, like squirrels. Also we need to be careful about things we drive that create fossil fuels. If you live close to school or a store, don't drive there, help the earth and walk or ride a bike there. There are so many things that can help the earth, but you have to start small and go big if you want are earth to be a lot safer than it is right now!!!!

In 50 years I hope the Earth will be metro cool. I hope that the there will be flying cars and floating houses. I love playing my x-box and my playstations but if play those electronics so much then were being less eco friendly and were using up so much fossil fules. If we keep on playing these electronics then were using up so manny fossil fules that we will never be able to make these thing any more. Allot of things we could do to prevent using up so many fossil fuels are like turning off the computer when your not using it or playing on it or you could ride your bike or jog to school or where ever you are. I also think that this goverment should come up with a new way to use up less fossil fuels so the Earth is more green then it is now and I hope the goverment decides on this in the 50 years or even less then that.

In 50 years, I want the earth to be greener. We could help to make the earth greener by using more solar panels to make our electricity. Houses and factories could use these to power their electronics. I agree with Samuel, I think our new technology could be more eco-friendly. Everybody could plant more trees to help our oxygen levels and absorb carbon dioxide.

I think that in 50 years I would want the world to be electronic but in a environmentally green way. Such as have electronics being run on trash that was just going to go into a dump, but now being used as a new energy source. I think that it's terrible that many people decide to just go on ahead and leave the lights on throughout the day without thinking twice about it. I thank all the people who walk to school or ride their bike to places instead of asking their parents to drive them. I think that the government should stop thinking about new electronics that use fossil fuels, but instead think about what are some of other energy sources that don't use up all of the fossil fuel like. Some green ways to do this is by using solar power, wind energy and water energy. With this action we can also plant more trees so that all the plants help produce oxygen and absorb carbon so that the level of carbon can finally go down.

In 50 years, I think it would be fantastic to have things run on energy sources that don't need to be remade - things that are natural and will always be there. For instance, maybe more things should run on solar power, wind power, or water power. When things run on fossil fuels, if they use too much, the source could run out, and where would we be?
To get that vision, I think that people should start to build reusable energy now instead of waiting until the last minute. You can often see people use windmills to power their homes, which maybe everyone will have in the future?
But, I think that we should not fully rely on these renewable resources, because I learned in the article that some greenhouse gases can actually occur naturally!
In 50 years, I think that we should use way less fossil fuels, but don't completely take them out, just decrease the usage, and that we should use renewable resources for a main power source. And maybe every home will have their own windmill or solar panel in the future.

In 50 years I hope the Earth is greener and more ecofriendly with solar panels, and with new discovered animals and plants, and even cool things like flying automobiles, new devices (ecofriendly), and new expierimentes and methods for example finding a way to breathe on the moon and being able to walk on the sun.I know that won't happen but it would be cool.
This year I can help the enviroment by recycling and using reusable bottles and even changing my light bulbs to the swiggly ones. You could also plant a garden or plant trees, remember to turn of the lights when your done using them and use water carefully when tour taking a shower or washing your hands.

I agree with Daphne, but I also think that in 50 years I would very much appreciate it if we could be more efficient with our travel. We could use 100% electric cars and even with that (do as the article said and) reduce travel. We could also take the bus or carpool. There are so many more things to do to help the environment too. Like Olivia said our energy could rely more on solar panels, windmills, or hydroelectric power than fossil fuels. Then generations to come will not run out of fossil fuels if they absolutely need them.

In 50 years I want people to ride there bikes and use renewable energy sources. Like solar power, water power, geo thermal power, nuclear energy ,and wind power. I would also want their to be a mix of technology and greeness. We could even discover knew ones along the way.

For starters we could not drive unless we have to and walk or ride bikes, and turn off lights and electronics when they are not in use. And everyone could go out and plant plants to reduce CO2 levels, and eat food that grows near them.

If we don't make some changes to the way we live right now, the end result will not be in our favor.

In 50 years I don't want to have any ice melting, global warming or anything like that. What i do want is battery powered cars, more wind powered gadgets, and more solar powered gadgets.

We can help prevent this by not using as much electronics or driving cars. Ride a bike to school, carpool, spend more time outside than playing on electronic. If we can do this we will save the planet.

In 50 years I want the earth to use more solar powered stuff. Also I think that we should reduce the amount of traveling we are doing, and ride a bike or walk to places instead of driving. I want the earth to be more eco-friendly.

Well I could reduce, reuse, and recycle more. I learned that when the suns rays get reflected back radiation changes into heat and that they call it infrared radiation.

Also I think that we should start helping the wildlife more by building more wildlife presurves.

In 50 years from now I want the Earth to have some flying cars a lot of new technology like Xbox 3000 or like Play Station 400. Also I want the Earth go green like use more solar powered things. Also I think we can all in 50 years reduce the amount of traveling or riding your bike to school and other places.
In China, people ride bikes instead of cars and also the Chinese government had made a road for only bikes. We can all plant more and have a garden in the backyard to reduce CO2 like planting foods. We could all use wind- powered items or turn off lights when were not using them. Something great would be the reuse, recylcle, reduce.

In 50 years I would like to see less technology and more solar power useage. I dont want to get rid of technology, I just dont want people relying on techno devices! I have noticed that many teenagers rely on cell phones and other technology to communitcate... Over all I would like to see less technology!
