Getting an mp3 on your Desktop

SAVING PROCEDURE:

  1. Choose File…Export
  2. Save to the Desktop (choose a title for your file)
  3. Click and drag your file from the Desktop to the iTunes dock icon
  4. In iTunes, ctrl-click your file and select Create mp3 version
  5. In iTunes, use apple-I to verify your file is now an mp3 (Format: MPEG-1, Layer 3)
  6. Drag your file to the desktop
